Why have one wedding when two will do? Well that’s what Sam and Dan thought and I was so lucky to be able to share in both of them. The first day was at Lewes Town Hall for the ceremony for a select group of family and the bridal party and it was a lovely ceremony. Then the next day, we all met up again in our finery (OK, not me. I was wearing my wedding trousers and incredibly practical but uninspiring shoes sadly) at Highbrook Village Hall to celebrate with their wider circle of family and friends. They had set up the village hall with fantastic afternoon tea food and it just looked gorgeous – I reckon mum had been very busy baking exceptionally good cakes (none of your Mr Kipling rubbish here). We headed over to the village green for posed but relaxed photos and it was quite obvious to me just how many people love this family. All in all, a lovely couple of days!
