It’s been a very bumpy few days in the studio. Quite literally, lots of lovely baby bumps and funnily enough two of them were HR managers (not at the same place but small world huh?). This is the stunning Jenny who, despite being really quite near to her due date, just looked totally relaxed and amazing. She had been thinking about getting some pregnancy photos done for a while and just decided to take the plunge and capture her temporary new shape.
The maternity photographs that are normally pictured in the media are of partially clothed or fully nude bumps. However, in the words of Jermaine Stewart (and yep I am showing my age so just Google it if you are too young to know what I’m talking about), you don’t have to take your clothes off to have a good time. There are lots of lovely clothed images that you can create of your bump to remember the time. Actually I think the partially clothed ones are lovely too and I do shoot them (rest assured if your concern is stretch marks that all the images are digital treated so they don’t appear in the finished image if you would prefer them not to) but I totally recognise that they aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. We can use fabric, props, accessories and silhouettes to create a great range of fabulous images.
