This is Seraphina Rose – a newborn baby girl that is just as beautiful as her name. She was a fabulous visitor to the studio and her mum had brought along some lovely items to include – the wooden ‘S’ and the Nut Brown Hare (OK, I’m guessing that the mother’s reading this probably recognised him from just his paws!).
A newborn photography session can sound like a lot of hassle when you’ve just had a baby but I think you can see from the photos what a great opportunity it is to capture some of those most fleeting periods in your child’s life. Plus I have some very exciting news about our studio (well I think that it’s exciting). We’re just about to start on a refit that will offer me a brand new dedicated space for newborn photography which is not as important as the installation of a very comfy and cosy chaise longue, plus snuggly blankets so you can get cosy and relax while I take care of your photography (you can even nap if you like, I don’t mind).
So take the plunge, I promise you’ll love the results!
