It was such a lovely thing to see this family again. It’s been a little over a year since I did and in the meantime they have been extremely busy growing a whole new family member.  Presenting gorgeous Georgie, and it was fab to meet her plus catch up with her mum, dad and big sister.

We didn’t want to repeat what we had done with her big sister and the families first newborn photo shoot as they are different girls after all.  Georgie was such a good girl though, only waking up for food for a little while, and so we had time to play with plenty of ideas and accessories including my silver tutu and my exceptionally beautiful newborn baby tiara – perfect for that little princess!  We also made time at the end of the session for some family photographs including the one I am sharing her of dad and daughter sharing a little kiss – I just adore it!

A newborn photo shoot is best when your baby is between 5 and 10 days old as this is when they are at their maximum sleepiness and poseability to capture those dreamy shots.  For this reason, I definitely recommend that you book when you are pregnant as this is one less thing to worry about scheduling when you’ve just got home from the hospital.   We make an appointment for your due date plus 7 days and then adjust it as needed.

My newborn shoots include your three favourite digital images which you select from your online gallery a few weeks after your photo shoot – I don’t make you attend a sales or viewing session.  Sessions take place in my warm and cosy studio in Crawley Down and cost £95.
